This past Saturday, I was honored to take pictures at Amy and Blake's wedding! While I don't have those pictures edited yet I can finally upload Amy's Bridal Portraits! So in lieu of a wedding sneak peak I'm posting Amy's Bridals! Isn't she such a beautiful bride!
It took awhile, but I've gotten enough projects done in the living room that I'm happy enough with it to put pics up! Ok, so this picture was taken in January and I kept forgetting to post on this...and even now I've gotten more projects done and the living room looks a little different. I've unpacked more of our decorations so the walls and everything isn't quite as bare. But this is still a close representation of our current living room.
A Closer picture of the rug and our new couch.
Our goal is to set aside $100 dollars a month to slowly replace our furniture. When we were in Clemson, we could literally look around our living room and everything had been given to us for free or we had gotten it from good will (oh yeah, college student budget days). In the month of October, since Will and I were both working, we had a little extra money so we bought our sectional, which meant that we didn't have to lug our couch and loveseat all the way to Atlanta and up two flights of stairs. Since then, our $100 each month has mostly been going to living room projects, which I will just sum up now and go into detail later.
1. Giant Crochet Rug (I actually finished this in Clemson right before we moved because I was afraid the movers would unravel all of my hard work)
2. Overhead light
3. Entertainment Center made from a dresser
4. Our board game center (not actually finished in this picture)
6. Mounted our TV (thanks to the tv mount my brother got me for Christmas!)
That's all for now! I'll post more on each individual project later!
We are the Rogers. We have been married since August and are loving it! Will recently graduated with his PhD in Civil Engineering and I am currently an IT assistant by day and a photographer by night.
